Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. You can find an overview of shipping costs for different countries on our shipping page.

Within Germany, the cost is €4.95. For international orders, the costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change the address. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to do so.

The delivery person will leave a notification card, and you can either reschedule the delivery or pick it up at a collection point.

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We will find a solution as quickly as possible, such as a replacement or refund.

Returns and exchanges

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging.
